The following update concerns the pending sleeves orders from the Kickstarter campaign. Do not post comments that concern other projects. Do not mix info from other projects. We will post different updates in the next hours.

1. Pending Requests to GQ. All requests that have been sent to GQ by KS backers and any pending requests that were sent to our email accounts from KS backers who want to pay GQ and get the sleeves will be resolved until 10.03 (March 10). We are working on those requests as we speak. We have received the relevant requests from GQ and from backers and all are under process.

2. Refunds. Refunds occur pending requests from KS backers who do not want to receive their sleeves and those who paid extra GQ and wait to receive back their money. The extra amount. We previously mentioned that our unique business paypal account was blocked and was under review since April 2018. We had to wait several months until the review is completed by Paypal. After Essen spiel, October 2018, our account was still frozen, meaning our online store could not work, we could not receive or send money to anyone and anywhere. We started checking alternative solutions. Finally we found a way, we managed to open new account, we had to create new bank cards, make test payments etc etc. We estimate that by Easter (last week of April) our account will be in active mode and in business level. – We will collect funds and as soon we are ready we will send emails to the people where we must refund their money. The total amount is not quite small, so we are working on solutions to restore funds for that purpose. We have the list, we know the names, the amounts and we have the paypal accounts from almost everyone so don’t worry about. We do not need any extra info at the moment. The refund here have to do with the Sleeves Kickstarter backers and some customers who ordered via our online store.

3. There is significant delay in reply to emails. For those who follow our news all this time, the rest pending KS projects we have to close were prior to the sleeves. That is why we had to step aside from the sleeves for some time and focus on the rest projects. We repeat that the rest projects were prior to the sleeves. That is why we delay to reply back. Updates for the rest projects will follow in the next hours. We will reply back to each customer. Please do not send the same emails in many pages like in our emails and in social media. We lose more time cause we have to check each time the same people if we have replied back and our history conversation. None email has been ignored, we will replay back.

4. There are pending sleeve orders that should have been shipped from your office in Greece but we have not received our parcels yet. What’s the hold? There are backers from the KS campaign and customers from the online orders where we must ship their orders from our office. This is what we have sent through the last update we had sent. – So, why there is delay? From our office we have shipped several waves during 2018. We were shipping out small waves, paying out local post office in cash. After Essen spiel 2018 we thought to organize 3 big waves, the last ones so we can close all those orders that we had to ship from our office. Unfortunately there we had a problem. Based on the new changes here in Greece, we cannot pay in cash large amounts. There is a limit. Once this limit is surpassed we must use bank. We faced that after we sent the first wave to the post office.

-Our company is registered in Bulgaria, so our bank accounts are in Bulgaria. Normally we should use the Bulgarian post offices but we have worked with them several years ago and they are very slow plus there is a number of services that is not provided. That is why we use the Greek post offices. Now, the Greek bank where the post offices have a registered account cannot accept money from a company (MAGE) from another country if those who represent MAGE in Greece have no legal entity, like a subsidiary company or other legal docs. Especially with the capital controls here in Greece and the control of money who come from foreign countries, things are pretty difficult. So, we had to deal with the infinite world of bureaucracy in order to find a way to work this way, meaning (hire accountant, prove who we are, collect a ton of papers, pay taxes and so on). Unfortunately Greece is quite slow in these things and quite costly as well. We had to be patient and work on the solutions they offered us.

So, we have completed most of the needed paperwork so we can be free to move funds as we want from Bulgaria to Greece and do our work. At the moment we are waiting the final ok from our Greek accountant so we move on further and ship out the last waves. At least we know that we will not have to repeat the same things again in the future. Based on the last update we have, is that we will have news by 15/03 (mid March).

Reminders: There is enough sleeves stock to cover all orders. There is sleeve stock in the warehouse of GQ in UK and in our office in Greece, Athens. We keep a distance from the comments section in order to save time and complete our work the soonest possible.
