Hi everyone,

in the next few week we will apply some updates on our website and there is case the site to turn in maintenance mode for few days. During that period you will not be able to visit our website.

1. New Orders for sleeves: Any new order for sleeves is dispatched from our office in Greece. New orders are dispatched within 3-5 days depending the amount of work.
2. Any package below 2kg does not apply for tracking number. Any package over 2kg applies for tracking number based on the system of our local post offices ELTA.
3. All sleeves sizes are currently in stock: Mini American, Mini Square, Mini Euro, Standard American, Standard Euro, Standard Card Game, Medium Square, Dixit-Big Sleeves, Orange and Gray sleeves for Location and Event cards for Kingdom Death. All previous sizes are transparent.  Also Black, Green and Blue Matte Standard Card Game sleeves are also in stock.
4. For EU delivery takes 5-7 days, for US and Canada takes around 10 days and for the rest countries takes around 12 days. Sometimes packages may be delivered earlier or later depending the amount of work of the local post offices in the destines countries.
5. A small amount of the dispatched orders (1-2$) are lost or returned due to different reasons. You can always contact us at magecompanyinfo@gmail.com so we can resolve it, if such a case occurs.
6. Around Easter the automated payment system will be restored and all new orders will be processed as previously.
